Mission Statement: Christian Women Business Organization (CWBO) is a networking group. We encourage and promote Christian principles within the business community. We exist to be a light in the business world advancing entrepreneurial and spiritual growth. We encourage professional women to be examples of godly virtues through the unity of Jesus Christ.
We are a proactive group of Christian Women Business Organization who are for each other. We desire to see each woman be successful in her business. We are a unique networking group. We are a combination of networking, women's ministry and prayer partners (however, this not a bible study).

This year, make your thoughts count and show your loved ones how much you care about their well-being by giving healthy, homemade gifts. Do-it-yourself (DIY) gift making not only allows you to avoid the numerous hidden toxins that lurk in most store-bought products, but it also allows you to save money and help promote healthy habits for your friends and family.

Women, are you willing to be bold by releasing your anxiety, praying and petitioning with thanksgiving everything that concerns you? Are you willing to make it a priority to give thanks to God, even when you are facing adversity, struggles, business losses or gain? Do you long to hold onto the “peace of God that transcends all understanding”?

The tasks seemed overwhelming; just too big for me to handle effectively on my own. I even sought advice – a lot of advice. But it took just doing it – moving ahead – for God to show me that it wasn’t as hard as I thought.

Whatever you’re holding onto is impacting you and your well-being. That pain and that anger that’s eating at you are not doing you any good. Actually, it’s hurting you in more ways than you can imagine, or willing to admit.

As business women or as leaders in our ministries in the local or global marketplace, doubt can creep in from time to time, especially if things are not going as we had planned.

You might be asking, what in the world is “Perky Synergy”. Bear with me please. I will explain. The purpose of any blog is to build credibility and trust. We also know that the endgame of blogging is to sell something. However, CWBO’s heartbeat is to communicate how we can nurture and build our skills in business or ministry without sacrificing friendships and our core values. Our chief goal is to promote Christian principles, in both our professional life, as well as our personal life. Ultimately, we want this to be a vehicle as a testimony to the world and to each other - that Jesus Christ is preeminent in all that we do.

True success that lasts over long periods of time – may I even say, “over eternity” – comes from bringing God glory in all that is done.

I did the minimal and expected the maximum. How foolish I can be to think that He is my genie in the sky.

I have been attending CWBO (Christian Women Business Owners) networking group since it's very first meeting date in March of 2010. It was, Denise Marriott, Sally, Chrissy, Cynthia and I at the first meeting. I was so excited to hear about Denise's God-given vision for this group. I just had no idea that God would have blessed it so much, and so quickly! It's truly incredible to observe what the Lord has done within this amazing gathering of women.

"If we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered to us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased." C.S. Lewis

Networking at CWBO has introduced me to an entire new network of business owners. I have met some great business owners who have needed marketing assistance and who have joined the Christian Business Marketplace online directory.
